Gas pipe installation

Am renovating kitchen. hack some walls and stove relocate.

Gas pipe shift is 1600 for expose, 3k up for conceal. condo.

I can confirm this is the price for condo my ID recently provided. HDB is only 10-20% of the price. Am not sure why there's such a huge price difference.

Just for people reference in the future,
The contractor damaged my gas pipe during hacking,

Regarding gas pipping,
hdb is under citygas, citygas quote me $240+ to replace the whole piping.
landed/condo is under LGSW.

Edit: if concealed by cabinet, citygas cannot do. Need to hack away.
