LOL my time (early '90s when I started working), 5 rm bto was not even $100k.. My starting pay as graduate was close to $2k. Now even if graduates' starting pay has increased by 2.5 time (to $5k), HDB bto price has increased at least 5 times more (to >$500k for 5 rm)!
