On page 13, I am surprised that Tampines Changkat included East Coast 42 which apparently has only 1 elector.

Those SMCs that appear inside of a GRC are so blatant that its due to voting data instead of population figures. Else why can't they moved the SMC to the border of the GRC instead of trapped inside.
