The NTUC Income-Allianz Insurance is so consequential to everyone, we all literally will 100% pay more insurance premiums on top of our already high insurance costs (Not talking about investment kinds but just the basic e.g helathcare, etc.).

When a party recruits a candidate do they thoroughly conduct background check including speaking to his/her ex colleagues, ex bosses, circle of friends , old classmates?
But this is not foolproof, importantly if you think you yourself may have done something in the past that years later may be exposed and would taint your reputation or that of the party you represent it is better not to join politics.
