actually i very disappointed with this lineup and the 4 people switch-up.

carrie tan was very heavily touted as hua jie successor back in 2020 election. While Hua jie is a controversial figure in general political scene, she is a really good MP for the Nee Soon South side of the GRC and many of the sheltered walkway, lifts connected to overhead bridge are her initiatives. Then remember in 2020, hua jie say this carrie tan is good and will take care the residents and succeed her. Now lei, this carrie tan run off liao and dunno who the new guy/lady for the south is.

My favourite MP louis is retiring (funny Shan and LHL in politics longer but still not) and the other 1 going to another GRC. I personally had felt that Shan should be the one retiring and hand over the reins of Ministry of Law / HA to Louis Ng who is a great candidate to take over. But dunno why the younger one retire first.

now the 4 new birds, one is civil serpent selection, one is ex chairman of RC from hougang, one is from Temasek foundation and one is ex-NMP. Really don't strike me as anything extraordinary.

If only got A team opposition to fight this but nope, only got jokers.
