CSJ too busy with his restaurants the past few years, SDP 群龙无首

Desmond was being groomed as CST’s next protege … CST rejected RP’s inclusion into the alliance, but Desmond insisted to let RP join, so CST withdrew SPP from the alliance and cut ties with Desmond.Desmond Lim and Benjamin Pwee also left CST's party due to disagreements too.
WP have really raised their professional image and PSP have overtaken SDP in the public conciousness.
SDP don't seem to have much renewal or public engagement or media pressence. Till this day, they are still the CSJ kpkb party.
Dunno what Paul Tambyah still hanging around with them.
dont be fooled, the entire SDP CEC voted chiam out, even SDP MP Ling How Doong and Cheo Chai Chen did not support ChiamWe still remember how CSJ screwed Mr Chiam over.
CSJ can forget about being voted in ever. Dr Paul got chance. The only candidate worth voting in from SDP.
That's the thing. They haven't moved beyond the one man party stageSDP regressed because CSJ has to run a F&B business to support his family.
Last chance is cos tambyah has a chance.Because CSJ is unelectable and thus causing his party to regress as a whole
This GE also probably his last chance
Problem for SDP is that they are perceived as much more left than the other parties , which generally are centrist parties. SDP is our liberals, and since the takedown of the woke movement, the left is no longer in fashion.

If SDP really manage to get a MP slot, i hope it will be Paul Tambyah.WP has developed so much over the years, whereas SDP is still just CSJ and Paul Tambyah.. Perhaps they need their first breakthrough..
Not sure if u r keeping up. The pap has steered harder left than anybody else. Massive social welfare in the form of vouchers, usave and tons of other social credits which most of u 20k earners dun qualify. The pap has gone woke and dei just like any other party with ministers openly supporting feminist causes and repealing 377. Question is not how much more left can pap go, but how many voters are prepared to stick with pap no matter what they do.

Both are at fault equally, or should we say that none are at fault just that they hold different stances and viewpoints.dont be fooled, the entire SDP CEC voted chiam out, even SDP MP Ling How Doong and Cheo Chai Chen did not support Chiam
I just get the feeling that people had to work in the old days because there was no free handouts. But these days the handouts are really quite a fair bit. There are some safeguards, like not owning more than one property and staying in hdb etc, but people surely have a way to skirt round that as well. If it goes further then you end up with UK and their Council housing, with a group of people who realise that it’s more financially viable to get handouts than to work. Not sure if u r keeping up.
