Added more MCT, FCT, SHG, CRT MGCCT and CRCT during recent sale. The retail and retail/office mixed REITs offer very attractive value in terms of risk-reward for income investors.

But like all investments, need to be patient for the S-REIT sale to come once a while before accumulating. My entry price for CRCT is 1.34. This can easily go up to 1.5 when China worries are over.

I was reading about REIT rights issues. I don't really grasp this rights thing.
It's about giving unit holders a chance to buy units at a lower price again. Why Some people thinks is a bad thing ah?

If you don't have extra capital to buy new units, then it is a bad thing to you.

Since you can't participate, the value of your existing units become diluted because of the issuance of new units.
