What are some of the good S-REIT counters to enter?

I am currently 7k shares vested in Ascott and looking to add more stable yield reit counters.

PLife, CMT, FCT, Kep DC, MLT, Starhill......but all ran up liao

Regarding ascott residence trust, the distribution per unit falls every year for the past few years.

What is the reason for this trend?

Why do ppl still think this is worth buying?

AGM venue for CCT looks very convenient! Hoping that they got Star Vista shopping vouchers. :D

just wait for july SG REIT ETF

can't wait to see the prospectus... should show the 3-5 years historical returns etc

then maybe take a 10-20% discount off the historical returns to see if it makes sense to invest or not

likely can get 6% yield or higher which is decent

the thing is in the long run will have capital gains or not

stockbot >7% will hoot this right?
