Quick question guys...Logistics REITS like Cache and MLT are still considered Industrial REITS like Soilbuild and MIT right?

Logistics is more specific......'industrial' can be quite broad. They are not really 'same'. Otherwise, MLT can just combined with MIT, no need for separate listing Liao....
