any pointers on soilbuildbiz reits?

i've been slightly out of the investing scene for about 3 months; current only have 400 shares in STI ETF from DCA. got out because wanna use the money for grad trip hahah

looking into adding reits into my portfolio now, and so far soildbuildbiz and also viva kind of caught my eye cos of their high yield + below nav.

any tips as to what else i should look out for? anyway, is DCA-ing reits a good idea? because usually i hear people putting in a lump sum. but because i dont have much capital now so DCA would be a better option for me as of now. thanks all!
