Look at the financial report, you will get better picture of the REITs.
I just check, price drop as much as covid19 in 2018, look kind of risky. Recent quarterly result are good. Price upside is limited if you buy now. High dividend but not stable.
Just my opinion.

Don't average up. Price will always up and down, if you think it's good, wait for correction then buy. Dividend is coming, I think April or May.

I see before the Sell vol is like 10 times more than the Buy vol, then the price goes up for next few days.
