QE taper talk will surface out again early next yr, create laosai buffet.

if have war chest can buy abit, and avg down.

cache i re enter at 1.175 now downwards trend.
aims enter at 1.52

cache avg down when hit 1.1175 and last at .97

now looking at MLT :D
Q FCT at 1.74

Nice strategy there! Im considering averaging down Cache though, but not too sure whethere it's the correct time to do this.

DW, what do u think of averaging down CACHE? Have been pondering about this the whole morning though.

Or what other holdings would you get (excluding your recently purchased Maple Log)

Cache has significant refinancing and lease renewals coming up in 2015. Next year is pretty safe though.

Right now, not many choices. CMT is tempting. Ascendas is ok......

Or probaly should just save up and wait for opportunity in Feb. Another round of CDs tags in feb again.

me too.. think is a good time to average down if there is bullet before Xmas.

I re-enter AIMs at 1.49 / FCT at 1.78. CMT is getting really tempting!
Singpost if it hit 1.27 i will average down further.

Save till February and see where the waves go.

just butting in, i am averaging down cache gradually. Just filled in 2lots @ 1.135 (Black Friday got me in the shopping mood). if price continue sliding, will pump in somemore

gaara666 ... wouldn't the trading charges outweigh the purchase, as it is only 2 lots.

Stupid me ... been using dbsvickers to buy for years.
Should have at least use iBanking, which save at least $10 to $20 per trade.

So those trading lesser then $18k per counter per trade using cash, try using ibanking then.

using i-banking n dbsvicker nt the same? I have been using i-banking cash upfront n the fee is abt $23++
