Question is is the Feds nimble enough or will they overdo the interest rate hike and cause serious longer term damage?
Looking at past records, fed usually slow to react right? So likely when recession and jialat jialat then they react 😂😅

Probably it is after so many days of red. See how after the next fed meeting.

Ya. But i think going to be red again after Fed meeting.

T-bills interest rates going up and risk free. Too bad i am stucked with my Reits, else will put my cash into T-bills till Fed slow down interest rate hike.

But based on the prices now and the div given, some of the REITS are having 6% yield. So will be a good price to lock in for the future when div recover, if it drops in the first place.

may not be time to go in yet.

seems like got further to drop

Nobody has crystal ball and retailers have little power to influence the price much.

Mayne the best time to go in is when Fed has slowed down interest rate hike.

DYDD.
