Crash definition varies among individual. For me I use the current 52 week low as a guide. J69U 52 week low is 1.90. At current price it still got some way to go down another 20 cents.
Yeah, i tot drop below $2 lol

While CLR has dropped to the low 80s, we are still away from the 2020 lows. Another 10% drop will take us to that level.

However, if you still feel the urge to invest in REITs then its better to be with the stronger ones as they are able to weather the storm. The weaker ones will eventually get taken over by the stronger ones.

surely but slowly wait ammo run out fast

We may have another 1-2 years to accumulate
Okay lah. These are not for short term trade. You will continue to accumulate ammo if you are working. I have a fixed deposit due on 24 Oct and still got end of year bonus coming as well.

That's y only good to start accumulation near the end of rate hike. Heng i've been holding off until only this week, but of course in the process will miss out a few good buys at good prices like Fraser and K-DC.

Isn't the expense ration of 0.60 - 0.80 kinda high for a an index such as this?
Well if one find it too expensive by all means siam. US ETF low expense but the change to and fro between SGD and USD will eat into actual profits too so it is all about how one make their investment decision.

Besides CLR, SRT is a close alternative too. CFA with Asia focused and GRN who believe in Green
Didn't venture into CFA because I don't want more overseas exposure so the best I can find is CLR. SRT is new to me and it is indeed a very close match.
