U might never able to fire yr 2nd and 3rd shot.

I fired my first shot on qqq/vwra last yr and keep going up whahaha
Its ok one, is still better than overfire than keep going down n no money mah. My reits portfolio has 8 reits to buy - 5 in tier 1, 2 in tier 2 and 1 in tier 3. So even if 1 counter dun reach 2nd tranche, the money can still be moved to other counters mah.

you will notice that there are those in MM/SSI who will never share what they buy or their portfolio, and others who are more open to sharing

Stanlawj trades a lot so his portfolio probably changes every day, maybe even every other hour, so not much point in sharing.

Using cpf-oa money to buy SG stocks/reits. No point using cash savings, because the volatility is too low.

I think the point cctan was making that if someone is saying that REIT prices are likely to fall, that person will be more credible if he has skin in the game and is also shorting REITs.

If not trading REITs (long or short) at all, why make so many posts about REITs in the REIT discussion thread?

Yea but perhaps he is vested (long or short I dunno), otherwise no reason to analyse daily short selling volume/activity and all that.

Not detached
more like expecting Interest rate to fall <3% next 2 years
so banks are acquiring market shares
to secure next 2 years income

now 2 years fixed mortgage
no longer allow early prepayment
1.5% penalty

3m sora now 3.6%

When i repriced with DBS
in dec 2021
no such clause
i can partial pre-payment
until my loan left $100
and then cancel the loan
i just pay 1.5% of the $100
within the first fixed 2 years

but now, is 1.5% penalty of the prepayment amount
