CFA has a long upper wick candle yesterday. I thought gg today but still looks ok. Will buy more if it drops to hold long long term.

Don't buy too much. Everyone is waiting for the uptick in REITS after interest rate cuts. Sekali won't happen? But unikely. I also bought some but not too much.

Not also forgetting the closure of CPFSA for those 55 next year. Some may want to grow more than the 2.5% in CPFOA. Then money has to go somewhere.

I think in real life your age much younger or you join SGX late. I join SGX in early 2000s and already that time some counters give one off special dividends which is juicy btw.

I thought special dividend happens all the time?
Most recently with Keppel Reit and MPACT but blended into normal dividend to boost distribution
