Ppl will say in terms of risk level, it is ES3, then CFA then DBS. If today you do equity loan from any banks, they will say they don’t take in CFA, ES3 (maybe) and DBS (baojiak)
Wait. Dbs is less risky than es3?

you can pledge all 3 in a margin account and withdraw cash from it Or buy more shares

I randomly ask a few bankers before and even SGS not accepted as collateral

They try to persuade me to buy their UTs can borrow like 50-70%
Cof 2.5-2.8% now and get 5%+ yield baojiak :s13:
I don’t know who is your satki bankers. My small fry one give me 70% based on big REITs and banks. The CFA or simi CLR not included

Actually don't understand why the blue chip sg reits keep going down

Their moat in sg context is like Microsoft and Costco in us context

Iron rice bowl that is sure to bounce back and deserves a premium valuation instead

If u notice our 10y SGS yield has been slowly creeping up.

MBH also slowly dropping in price.

Interest cut liao. All these temporary things don’t get frightened. Low interest is like an addiction machiam drugs and gambling. Once start, almost impossible to stop.
