US treasuries yield is getting higher and higher, thus investor required more yield from riskier asset like REIT. I would monitor the US treasuries yield to time my enter into S-REIT. I guess the volatility will be high this few days, see is there any clue on September tapering on this Wednesday July FOMC minutes

is there a reason why it must drop further? what if the price don't drop further, or even go up?

stock price doesn't go up or down just becos of where i think it will move. if you have conviction, go for it. experience can be gain whether your right or wrong

If prices look reasonable now, can start to dip toes in. Don't have to go in with all guns blazing. If prices fall further, then they will look even more reasonable and we'll still have ammo to continue buying :D

one method which i find may rid you of catching a falling knife is to buy when the price pops above the 200 day MA. In this way you will not need to keep checking the dropping price. However this method you will not get it at the cheapest. However please do your own chart analysis and caveat emptor. :)
