It was not too long ago when most analysts & market strategists said reits & telcos were bad because of market turbulence.

When Fed hike rates again......Sep or Dec ;)

The general sentiment is no rate hike for this year. Maybe not next year too. That's why all the banks kanna pressed and reits fly off the chart.

If market improved, fed will come and say good market. So, increase rate. Haa. Then, here we go again.

I predict one hike this year at most......but ya.....possible to have no hike too

C'mon Yellen, pls hike at least once.....let me got chance to deploy my war chest :(

OCBC sounds like a multi billion monster, but the truth is the report is probably release by a 26~36 year old analyst who has similar working experience to most of us. His opinion might be right, but far from how market will move.

always act opposite of what the bank reports, chances are the bank itself could be throwing off at high price and the analyst might not even be vested in any stocks at all.

take for example, a scholar classmate from my uni is working as a dealer but he himself does not even have vested interest.
