May i ask if im wrong to analyze a reit this way? Compare annualized DPU over the years because DPU play a part when a receiving quarterly/semi annual dividend

Anyone vested in starhill gobal reits?

FCT cmt sphreit fly so high

this one got chance?

starhill global is not a counter for trading, unless you bought at around 0.70 else no point buying now.
the yield (6% plus) is attractive among all retail reits, however a good entry price is required for safety margin just in case of annual BB selling down similar to jan and feb this year.

alternatively, you can consider sph reit for a narrower range of trading especially when its lowest price for the past 1 year data is 0.895, given that its IPO price was 0.9 plus its portfolio is not entirely dependent on paragon and it does have another suburban mall to balance off dpu increment.
with a yield of a high end of 5%, it would be considered as a less volatile retail reit.

CMT gearing 38%, will rights issue ma?

during the time i hold CMT, they never bother to issue rights.
they got ways to borrow funds one either by interest rate swap or preference shares...is just a matter of whether they want to reduce their debt a not.

The big blue chip REITs no need to do rights. They just borrow cheap through a bond scheme. So I am not worried.

Starhill REITs

Dividends 0.0129
XD 8/4, payout date 8/29

NAV increase from 0.88 to 0.91, this REIT is doing pretty well for me.
Next quarter the revision in rents for Ngee Ann city will kick in and possibly increase payout.

Cheers
