Edit: not accurate, must find the SGX gateway report..

SGX S-REIT Index components are weight by market cap.

SGX S-REIT 20 Index has some adjustments

I would prefer SGX S-REIT Index for the ETF.
The SGX S-REIT 20 Index will result in higher turnover.
