I have a hard timing chasing it yesterday. I seldom chase stocks. But looking at their past dividends. I bite my teeth and chase. Hope the price will stabilise at a higher ground

prefer to stick to my policy of not chasing stocks.

not really la. due to bank interest rate so all the money flowed to reits.

your bank FD 1% , but reits can give you 3% why not take the risk. This will cause price to rise.

Anyway I work in a small-time property developer. so all the properties/ loan GDV all the mumbo jumbo i undestand. so can answer almost any questions on the financials.

prefer those with 6% and higher.
lower yield counters probably better to trading play for this year. :s22:

It's all about timing..

timing is subjective one. :s22:
only activated during correction period else just store cash and wait for rainy days.

those who cash out in jan prior to cny or in feb probably save their portfolio from being burned in mar.

I give up chasing ESR reit today, price goes up too fast. Tomorrow we shall see.

I time when stock end down trend, then I enter the stock.
I still not that good at timing to sell, always sell abit too early.
