About 45% of Mapletree Industrial Trust’s portfolio is leased out to small and medium-sized enterprises (SME), whose businesses are more likely to be impacted by the pandemic. Things are looking brighter now with the gradual re-opening of the Singapore economy.

Sreits as a whole has not been good for a while. What are the expert views here on sreits going forward? What is the projected annual total returns in say the next 5 years?

Not all of the trilogy like maple or … r good eg To me keppel dc is a strict no-no, but locals luv it like God, not sure why though


Some r consistently falling hence read this w caution: just cos they r up this week doesnt mean they r consistenly good… eg the Lan caPLan

FCT keeps dropping. Now not sure if to average down seeing covid has no end and could be continuing to impact FCT prices.

What would be the trigger to cut loss or hold and tide this through though we see like no end?
It's depend on your time frame.
For med and long term, it's better to hold thru the volatility. You don't know when is the low or high.

For my case, I rebalance my portfolio every few months. Those bad performance will either cut loss, or average down and cut loss/ breakeven.
Recently sold my SATS cos no dividend expected for these 2 years. Use the money to invest MNACT, AA REITs and SGX.
