Look at the pB .. the current valuation for the top reits are actually much lower than 2018 or at least at the low end ... already ..it can drop.. but there are not expensive ... so .. i expect them to hit bottom ..some time later ... when the us stock market begin to recover ..

Got many still above pB leh. And reits dun really use PB as a main metric to evaluate if its worth buying isn't it.

The price previously were built on low interest rates. With the rising interest rates, think it is going for a reset. Not sure how much more it will drop.

I feel nothing to do with fundamentals. All prices will drop. If fundamentals is good, but high bank loans, sure will be more affected in interest rates rise perspective.

Dilemma on whether to buy. No buy scare run chicken. If buy scare later increase rate drop further

Seems more room to drop. Interest rates havent increase already lao sai. Ppl say ok mah price in.

When interest rates real increase, sure will drop. Somemore not one time pain.

But i could be wrong.

seems like those sreit i bought not really affected much by previous rate hike in 2018 :unsure:
