For Poems, buy est. cost $30, sell est. cost $30. The cost is high for short term trade. Long term still ok.

Interesting how this will develop. They successfully blocked the ESR-Sabana Reit merger as the price offered to Sabana was undervalue.
But this one a bit more difficult because Temasek holding a lot more. But still good that they voiced out for awareness of other shareholders.

I hate this because they spoil the deal of my ESR-Sabana Reit merger gain.
This time not easy, they asking too much and both REITs are from same sponsor.

Not vested in the 4 Reits so watching the fun from sidelines. Exciting because it was the first merger ever voted down.
Also shows that the Reit manager may not look after the interest of unit holders (in Sabana's case).
I divest ESR after the deal break off.

Current merger, I hold both REITs. I fine with them whether merge or not.

Mine 4/7 REITs are red, I'm not worried. Planning to buy more to average down, therefore higher dividend yield.
