should I sell all reits before the price gets lower? the dividends return is less then the loss in capital. The stock market may tank for a few years making and taking it to0 long for it to recover the capital. thinking of putting all into tbill

long term. but if price is moving too low and stay there for a few years, I may as well put in tbill or vicom as the price is stable

VICOM Ltd (WJP.SI)

i created a chart for u to play

anything lower (returns) than the light green line is out!

dont worry i removed all the lousy big names like u shd know maple, the Lan Caplan, etc, all of them are below your light green line too
Generally, after removal, these reits remained, performed not too bad than your vicom!!!& your div yield by vicom cant be great

a long period is selected as we are not playing for the short-run

That's expected with higher bond yields .... In future if YTM for MBH etf goes to around 5% level, S Reits and Biz Trusts will have serious competition.
No choice now. Have to hold.

It will be a rough ride.. Dividend yield for tier 1 reit need to be at least 3% + T-bill current interest to be viable. None of them has even reached 6%.
It will be interesting to see how deep this rabbit hole go

Singapore Reits are now on GSS....Parkway is a premium reits with very good stability but yield is too low at 2.5% and FD could easily beat it.

Reits seem to drop more.

GSS & buying opportunity or Reits to do badly in rising interest rate environment?
