In theory, you average down on fundamental sound stocks. The price was down due to temporary bad news which does not impact it structural integrity.

Alibaba is not really a good example because iirc, its price was down all the way as Blackrock was divesting the shares + market sentiments + competition.

As for reits, example FCT, the dropping DPU is not due to drop in revenue but increase interest on its loans. It is a temporary cost issue, not a revenue issue. And we know high interest rate is not forever.

CICT now at $2.17. Rights issue price $2.007 is a good deal.
Now its times for REIT to jumps.....

Institutional funds managing money for foreigners are buying massively. Because they react only after US jobs report recently. Just guessing.

It is strange whenever SReit has a good day you post. Then when it is bad you don't post. In theory be it up or down should periodically post to balance out the picture but then of cuz you are entitled to your own style respect that.

I am not afraid to announce I lose monies on BTC and ETH using moomoo most recent crypto feature. But since they allow as smallest unit as possible per trade I am prepared to lose that small amount of test water monies. Bitcoin really up down big sia now I play I know.

Edit: Unlike US fractional can test water with USD 5 with BTC and ETH smallest unit it still cost total about 70+.
