If its better than previous quarter but still worse than a year ago, will you call that out of the woods ?
it isn’t a retail reit that depends on seasonal shopper traffic. YoY is good to know but I’ll prefer to look at QoQ to understand whether the operating metrics improved

FWAH!!!!! UST long bond yields continue to tumble!!!
6-month and 1-yr bond yield on the verge of breaking down again.... signaling FOMC rate cut by Q3 2025.

REITS sector should be recovering... slowly.

Today's REIT down day is due to Keppel DC REIT crash.

MIT and Keppel DC big drop yesterday

Is it good idea to quickly snatch some today?

Today buy MIT still entitled to dividends, right?

Ya, as long as you buy when you see the CD tag and hold till see XD you will get the CD declared.

KDC tio sell down ytd cos of deepseek. As nong as angmo tech is still bullish, KDC should continue to rise slowly.

STI has made a monthly top candlestick. SG bank stocks may have peaked.
It's time for SREITS to shine. (I've been crowing about this since Q4 2024).

It'll happen when the likes of CICT can announce better than expected result. But again very tough to get there.

Wah run, FCT vestors
Are y’all aware FCT tio kiam siao by Cathay Cinema? s$2 million somemore
Meanwhile, the landlord of its cinema at Causeway Point has asked for the sum of S$1,000,000 to be paid to its trustee, HSBC Institutional Trust Services, by Feb 3 and S$1,203,677.85 by Feb 10. The sum comprises rental arrears and other monies. Cathay Cineplex must also pay to the landlord S$555.90 in legal fees.

Both properties are owned by Frasers Centrepoint Trust.

MM2 Asia said in the bourse filing that the board is actively engaging with the landlords to resolve the matter promptly and amicably, while prioritising minimal disruption to business operations.

30,000 shares is $300 difference
100,000 shares is $1,000 difference
Exactly my point. unless you are putting a large amount of your money in a single stock, which itself is a risk.

Anyway, if it does make a difference for you, then you should follow through.
