Hi DW,

In ur humble opinion, what would be the reasonable price to board Cache, CMT, and FCT? :)

Provided the Fed dun raise interest rates Fast & Furious, I will suggest:

- CACHE around 1.20
- CMT around $2
- FCT below $2

Right now, best choice is FCT.

Bought FCT @1.87 week ago. Will the price return to that level soon? Hope to get more :D
Waiting eagerly for CMT to reach 2 or slightly below 2 ... And Suntec around 1.54

FCT at 1.83
CMT at 1.95

at some point, will have to sell before sept, god knows what will happen again.

Hi Bros,

Which would be a better buy? SPH Reit or Starhill Global?

SPH Reit - Backed by it's parent SPH
Starhill - Trading below it's NAV.

Intend to hold it long term though. Any recommendations?

How will the estimated damage be if QE starts to gradually taper? The period is looming. Any thoughts guys?

FED just announces/hints of the tapering, we see so much selling in May. What do you think if the tapering really begins? :D

You may refer the estimated damage from May-June yahoo finance charts. From a simplistic viewpoint, the drop is between $0.20 to $0.40

hehe ... if u can wait but note the opportunity cost in the waiting cos the waiting can be pretty long ... for me, i just wait for the reit to drop to my comfortable price, then buy bit by bit ... :D
