That means a lot of sense to target the semi-annual payout ones as they should have greater CDs.

But scally quarterly report not good, price drop despite CD. Then siao liao.
Sabana maybe? Think some master lease expired last yr but still no news...

BTW, anyone here bought OUE C-REIT IPO? Sounds like a good deal since they claim expecting 6.8% yield and offering 24% discount over NAV.

But I'm wondering why need to charge GST over successful bid?
