i would preferred they give vouchers that can be spent on any franser shopping centers...

Take a look at First Reit again on/after 23rd Jan. Price would be more attractive then.

I reckon the power of CD should not have any significant impact on reits this qtr, as i believe most investors are still wary on the fed tapering.

Mapletree Logistics Trust

DPU increased from 1.72 to 1.84
Revenue increased from $77.4m to $78.1m
Net Property income stagnates, prior qtr: 67.549m, this qtr: 67.408m
Amt distributable to shareholders increased from 41.768m to 44.972m

Keppel REIT

Both Property Income and Net Property Income for FY2013 increased 10.9% year-on-year to $174.0 million and $138.3 million respectively.

Share of Results of Associates for FY2013 increased 32.6% y-o-y to $62.1 million
Distributable Income for FY2013 increased 6.0% y-o-y to $214 million.

Distribution Per Unit (“DPU”) of 1.97 cents for 4Q 2013 and a total DPU of 7.88 cents
for FY2013.

Completed refinancing of all loans due in 2014 and $60 million due in 2015 with no
refinancing requirements for the next 22 months.

All five Singapore properties achieved 100% occupancy and overall committed portfolio
occupancy increased 1.3% y-o-y to 99.8%.

Good, in fact should get more, all companies must be grilled hard during AGMs.

There's no culture of shareholder activism here in S'pore, everyone just prays the board gives them cash, when actually they can squeeze the board's balls if they can unite and revolt. Too many times I see shareholders being taken for a ride and nobody says jacksh1t about it.

the areit manager performance issue was brought up.
till date they have no such plans for resolution.
if they switch to semi annual, i sure cash out.

i feel they did a fairly good job whereas mapletree commercial got away last year with an easy q&a.

Oh, so what was their reply?

I'm fine with semi-annual, it's not like the DPU drops just cos they change the frequency of payments.

cannot exactly remember, all i know is that they prefer to keep commitment to investors with quarterly payout.

Any idea on how much FCT distributions would be? If you went for AGM today, do they reveal the financial reports then, or they will only release after trading hours?

Sorry, not too sure about what goes on during a AGM, thus the question.
