C0 columbina is enough. You shouldn't spread too thin. Choose one lunar team that you like and invest on the DPS. At lower team cons, both 3 lunar teams similar dmg. At high team cons (10+), Nefer team do better.

Aim to at least get

Lunar-Charged
C2 or C1R1 Flins, C0 Ineffa, C0 Columbina

or

Lunar bloom
C0R1 Nefer, C0 Columbina, C2 Lauma
If 10+ cons is C6 Nefer first.

after i saw your post, then i realise how impt Columbina is ... she is used for all lunar reactions wow ..

so its not just her killer heels that make me need her heh.

burnt all my primos, my starglitters, did abyss till floor 11, just to do 1 more pull each time, and and luckily won my 50-50!

totally broke (still f2p) but so happy contented now

Team (Raiden, Ineffa, Columbina, xilonen)

Level 80 C0
Artifact : Aubade of Morningstar and Moon
Weapon : Sacrificial Jade R5 - off-field for 5 sec, buff activate , 64% Max HP & 80 EM, if you are onfield more than 10 second , the buff goes away.

Stats
HP 32400
CR 70.5%
CD 196.1%
ER 150.5%
EM 101

Full whale C6R5 team 2.24m dps. Usual C0 lunar teams is 140K dps.

Also the most visually pleasing i would say, with booby deer and super short skirt leggy white skin (waiting for Zinna to give a better shorter nickname for Nefer)

Sacrificial Jade is crit rate weapon. Columbina very easy to overcap crit rate if using crit rate artifacts. Prototype Amber or Favonius is recommended since Columbina need some ER anyway.

If not building multiple set for Columbina, also recommend Columbina to use Serenade set and Ineffa (slightly more dmg) use the new aubade set. So that is more flexible to slot anyone in last 2 slot. On-field dps to use Night sky set.

I think more value if use on main DPS (Flins/Nefer/Zibai) because they deal higher % of team dmg. But if you like Columbina a lot then go ahead.

800 ping is crazy. Can download and try using cloudfare warp at https://one.one.one.one/
It similar to vpn, maybe can change the route to genshin server.

It is encrypted tunnel but not full privacy and cannot change cities. Doesn't notice much spd difference if i used it. Last time i used it when m1 bad pings to genshin. Around 90ms to Genshin Asia server (in Japan?)

The lunar charged buff is for the whole team.. including off field character will get the buff right.. like very strong.
