Sharing my experience of pulling Odette with all in case it works for u too.

I did a 10 pull on 2 separate occasions at her meeting point (the theatre - unlocked when u do the archon quest) and got a copy of her each time.

Maybe there is a better chance of pulling her if u go to her meeting point and do the pulling.

got to 'complain' from personal experience that some part of the game play ish so dark that simple path moi also miss... thus waste so much time wandering around...
