just build her HP to 40k, rest can be for ER or healing. with chevreuse passives, overload will reduce pyro & electro res her E will buff pyro & electro dmg based on HP up to 40%

typical rotation
apply electro > chevresuse Q E (wait to catch energy) > electro / pyro dps

80 rolls & not even one is not ok
veterans probably got old 4★ c6, so really need just 1 new 4★ to keep gameplay fresh. hoyo seriously should do something to keep them happy
