i feel don't write off the fatui too early... apparently the fortaine chapter mihoyo begins to white wash the fatui ... how they help fortaine when the flood happen.. i bet in Natlan, they would also play the "Good guy" role...

They definitely will whitewash to sell characters but so far the whitewashing is very lame, not enough for the harms the fatui caused.
