Can slot her as sub-dps in most team with hydro.
Her best artifact set most probably in 6.0. So can just use temporary artifacts for now.

Better not use with Dendro, especially Nahida because the cloud formed by Lunar-charged only deal damage to targets that are affected by both Hydro and Electro every 2secs. The dendro will remove hydro and electro.

But then again, the damage from reaction Lunar-charged usually not a lot. Most of the damage come from Ineffa direct lunar damage.

Ineffa is quite a good sub DPS, got shield, got off field dmg and can increase EM for whole team. With a 2,000 atk u get 120EM for whole team for 20s is a lot of buff.

and there’s a free 4 star Aino can give moon sign also and increase even more dmg

And just now I saw can get 4 constellations from event?
Players that previously have excess constellations from characters now can even exceed level 90 to 95 and 100.

4 cons per year for non-meta characters.
Best is find one standard 5 star char to max constellation to farm the item to ascend to lv 95,100.
Edit: Can only obtain 1 con thru the event once for each character and then no more forever.
