Monte Carlo from the lowest floor Aquarium area cannot acccess upstairs area since quite a while alrdy. The whole area near the old Circus progressive jackpot area haf been out of bound since end of Aug'18. They won't close down old casino la ...not everyone like Sky casino ambience. Thus certain areas in old casino might go thru upgrading from time to time.

Hi there, I am planning a trip up to Genting (havent been there for 10 over years). Just want to check which bus company is the better choice for the long ride up?

solitare but u need to change bus at genting going up FWH, mixed review as the bus really quite old liao.

superstar z go straight up.

if u can tahan normal coach than actually not much diff.

Oh I see. I am looking at Transtar too. I understand they have many pick up points such as tampines followed up Compass point, Beach Road, Lavendar and Jurong. Does that means if i board at Tampines, the bus will stop at the following pick up point before heading to Genting?

Everyday many bus go up, normally 2 stop then will be full, bus will go up all the way, I take from jurong east, the bus go juroing point then go custom, 0630 reach 1230 or 1300 with 2 stop for eating and toilet

If bus is 2 level then got to change bud, as genting don't allow 2 level bus to go up...
Single level best, don't need to wait and change

The night coach even 2 level also go all the way up. No bus change for night coach.

By email. I don't have host as I didn't upgrade my card to gold.

They only assigned me a host when I reach Gold Plus.

The area outside casino not close right ? Remember have to pass by the aquarium to get to Resort Hotel to take transtar.

Nope. Only the entrance with the aquarium closed.

I not too sure for solitaire but normally will have first stop at yong Peng around 0840-0900 for breakfast then next toilet break at 1100

Solitaire does not stop for breakfast as it is served on board. Use the toilet at SG custom. I think about 2 hr after custom they stop for toilet break. Then before going up the mountain another toilet break. I find the timing quite good. Also the toilet stop is different from the others as I don't see other coaches there. The toilet quite clean and not too crowded.
