Hello all genting regulars. Its my first time going genting next month and I have a few questions to maximize my experience there.

1) Is there a need to buy a prepaid sim card for wifi usage?
2) Any restaurant or nice food that I must try?
3) Which massage place is recommended to go?
4) Is the silver membership card a must get in genting?

I apologize for asking so many noob questions. I get abit confused by the 100+ pages information and most of it is about casino discussion. Thanks guys!

On a 5% comm baccarat 8decks shoe, the house advantage are as follows :

banker - 1.06%
player - 1.24%


on a non-commission table 8 decks shoe baccarat, house advantage as follows :

Banker : 1.46%
player : 1.24%


the lower house advantage, the better for us.

For example, banker wins on 6, pays 50%. This means, it is collecting 50% comm, in other words 10 hands of 5% in reference to banker bet wins on a commission table. In fair considerations, the chances of hitting 10 banker bets is not common. So maybe 5 or 6 banker / player wins every 10hands, why pay extra comm by playing at non-comm table?

When comm table closes @ 3.30am daily, its back to room for me

I am a regular on Star Cruises Virgo and have only in recent months started trying out GH. SC has taken out all their comm. Baccarat and there is a large drop in business. They make much more money from the no comm Bac not so much from the increase in HA but in the speed of play. If it can be played 1.5 times faster than they make 1.5 times more money.

ADT or average daily theoretical loss is the casino assessment of the players. The word 'loss' is a superfluous so they don't use it. Basically their computers calculate what is your average bet, time of play and type of game played. When the player breach certain threshold normally over 3 gambling days their computers will automatically sent an alert to the casino marketing department. They would then decide what Comps to give to make sure the player return to the casino. So what is important for you to know is not to let your ADT drop by playing just a bit on any day because it would pull your ADT down. At the rate you are going I think they will treat you very nicely.

I think ADT is more relevant to Vegas/Macau casinos and not Genting. from what I notice the comps system used by Genting is purely just giving GPs. unless your bet size per hand is high enough to get the supervisor's attention, average players are just going to earn minimum GPs. since bro poppers say he only bet at 100rm min tables and max 800/hand from what i see supervisors dont take notice of that cos the bet is not big enough. so bro poppers will just earn the minimum GP from that 100rm table.

I bet on adjacent tables too, but they do not add up my total bet on every table. I dont even want to think abt GP cos that will distract me.

Another game i play is stud poker @ IR2, which is down the escalator. Just outside the vip entrance.

The house adv for this game is abt 5x of comm baccarat. So i only play this when i feel very good abt it.

Straight Royal flush may not change my life but i can pay off a good chunk of my mortgage. Isnt that good?
