This sort of thing happens in our streets too. Opportunists are everywhere.

I hate it whenever I see someone with me having a wide-opened bag and looking elsewhere, busy shopping or kepo-ing other people's business. And yes, I do "let them know".

yeaa, there was once i forgot and left my sling bag open and this kind lady told me to keep it close. usually i am very careful but.......

from Woodland to Genting to and fro about 110..if going by tuas + about 14rm... plus minus there.... Park at the designated hotel carpark, it was safe.

Yes, they actually have this special parking area for Singapore cars right at the entrance of the car park. They are guarded by actual police 24/7, i tot they were security guards. hahahahha.

when we were going back to sg, after starting my car i walk out towards the "security guard" and gave him 5rm. he rejected me and i kept insisting on giving him the tip, end up he reluctantly accepted it. so i feel very satki and walk back to my car, my frens inside then asked me "eh, why you go bribe the police?"

just book the extra free room just to get the rm100 f&b voucher as last book using GP no free food voucher

btw voucher can use in where har?
cannot find the info in rwgenting web site

Actually u don't have to book the free room to get the f&b voucher. Can just go to the genting kiosk inside inside casino to select n redeem your free f&b voucher printout even without booking the room. Voucher can be used at selected Genting-owned restaurants such as Mingren, Imperial rama, Good Friend, Resort Seafood Steamboat, Genting Palace, Hou Mei... n I think Bubbles & Bites too. :)

Not everyone gets the vouchers and i realized not every month/ visits - u can check it at the kiosk - just given on ad hoc basis..depending on your betting patterns i guess, which they are tracking all the time via your card. With the advent of info technology, nowadays, the comps given are very targeted - down to individual level not just card-type category.

Question here on behalf of my parents, they just signed up for Genting Rewards membership and were given a complimentary 1 room/1 night stay at FWH.

1) Is it possible to arrange for a stay a few days out of its stipulated one month validity period? E.g. Valid from 10 Nov - 10 Dec, any chance to redeem the free room on 14th Dec?

2) Conditions state call +603-2718 1118 for booking. Website doesn't allow one to input the promo code. Any local contact number to share pls?

Many thanks :)

To your questions:

1) Not possible - they are very firm on validity dates
2) Scroll down the page in the link attached - you will find the SG sales office contact: http://www.rwgenting.com/offices/sales-reservations-offices/

Try call up some of those Travel Agency/ Coach co - they hv packages which include 2-way coach tickets + 2D/1N hotel. U can call up 707 coach - as far as i know they have one of the cheapest rates around.

Normally, it's twin sharing room (2-to-go) - couple years back it was like SGD70 ++ per-PAX but I'm no longer sure now. Btw - it also depends on whether u go on a weekend/ public holiday or otherwise AND the hotel choice (First World Hotel vs Resort Hotel) makes quite a bit of difference in pricing as well. Best you call them up.
