Try the sign up for a new account on their website below:

https://book.rwgenting.com/onelogin/registercustomer
During the form filling, enter your mum SG NRIC number (this is most likely the ID number used when your mum registered many years ago) under the Passport field.

After you submitted the Sign up, you will be prompted to verify the mobile number. Go through the verification process.

Once all completed, there should be an option to register or link your mum Genting Rewards Card number. Try that option to see if this works.

Anyone took plane back? I plan to take bus there and take plane back.

Pre-covid my route is take bus from Awana bus terminal to KL sentral, then have lunch at KL sentral before taking bus to KLIA2. but the bus timing seems weird now. Saw genting express bus to KL sentral needs 1hr 57min, which is so weird, by right 1 hr can reach.

Hi, can i check anyone know what's the difference between these two "First world Hotel Y5 Triple Room and "Member Special - Y5 Triple"?

Am trying to book a room using GP points and the GP between these two type is more than 300 difference!
Appreciate anyone who knows as this is my first time logging in to try to book online.
TIA!

fr kl sentral to airport is abt an hour. if 2hrs, it shld be fr awana. chk the timing properly. what i used to do is take go genting bus fr awana to kl sentral then take express train to airport. although train cost is rm55 it's smoother.

Same here. I prefer this combo. If early or late flight, then will take grab or if uncle lim gives me good returns. But I still prefer to break up my journey.

Use touchngo to pay 20% discount rm44 one way or 80 2way

Yup the 2hr is from genting to airport. Took aerobus before. Checked carefully but the genting bus still shows awana to kl Sentral is 1hr 57min, trying to find more info if it goes to other place also that's why longer.

Bro - some questions:
1) for check-in into hotel, do they need us to show the MySejahtera and vaccination status?
2) Which hotel u put up at? If use automated self-check in at FWH, how wud they verify the MySejahtera info ie. Vax status etc...?
3) Were u required to update yr Genting Card at customer service with new vax status info?

Thx in advance!😊

1) nope the check in counter didn't ask for our vaccination status. Neither did they asked if we have downloaded Mysejahtera.

2) stayed at FWH but when we reached the automated self check in was down and we used the manual check in counters.

3) Nope, there is no need to update any vax info nor Q at the counter. Just went in and play. There are a long line of identical mysejahtera QR code outside the casino entrance for you to scan but at least 90% ignore and there isn't any checks before entry as well.

4) The vibe at Genting is slowly coming back but there are still some "teething" issues among the staff. For eg, since the Awana Skyway is closed for maintenance till late April, when enquiring on if there is any way for us to reach GPO, we received 3 conflicting answers from 3 dffierent staffs:

-Staff A told us that we can take the "old" Genting Skyway down to the bus terminal and there's a free hourly shuttle bus that will bring us to GOO

- Staff B told us that there is a free shuttle from the new bus terminal to GPO but when we reach the terminal theres no such shuttle in sight and enquiries with staff at the terminal also say no such shuttle exists.

- Finally Staff C at the Genting skyway told us that there isn't any shuttle from anywhere to GPO and our only option is to either drive down, hire a cab or grab.

5) For those looking to visit the new outdoor theme park, they are still in a "soft opening" phase and not all rides might be available

I chatted with the transtar driver on the way back and I found out the following:

1. All express tour buses will use Woodlands to cross until at least 1st May

2. Solitaire will come back "soon" currently only super coach and Z club running the route to Genting and Super coach running the route to KL. If you follow transtar FB, you can see post advertising the hiring of bus cabin crew which I assume will be for the solitaire service

3. For Z club, currently we still have to change bus at Malaysia custom cos apparently Z Club buses still does not have approval to enter SG until at least the last week of April. On the return trip which was on Z club, we changed to a standard transtar cross border bus at Malaysia custom which then take us to Jurong East - Sengkang and Tampines in that order. Currently only Super coach have approval to enter Singapore.

4. For Z club there is no FnB service onboard and we stopped at the "new" Yong Peng. Apparently the Lucky garden one has closed down during the pandemic.

Will update this coming week to see if Z club can enter SG without the need to change bus.

Swee bro, so that's mean they have approval to enter SG le :)

PS give FR, frankly Genting changed a quite a fair bit in the last 2yrs...
For night coach, unfortunately we did not stop by Yong Peng as the driver claimed the eating place is closed at night. The coach reaches First World Hotel at the new coach terminal. Took a little bit of time to navigate to the first world plaza.

How is the new Yong Peng place? Better food than Lucky Garden?

Ehhh won't say its better food but it's a lot cleaner? Thou the choices are much more limited than at lucky garden. Basically there's:

1. A stall selling the hotplate rice/noodle with black pepper chicken

2. A fishball/Yong tau fu store

3. A stall selling snacks and ramly burgers

4. A small supermarket/convenience store

Many of the old favourites of the old lucky garden like the steamed peanuts are not found in the new place.

Ps thinking back I don't think it's really "new" as I remember stopping by this Yong Peng rest stop a few times in the past (especially when the former lucky garden was overcrowded.)

We passed by the old lucky garden on the way to this new rest stop and saw it completely deserted and in a pretty sad state.

For night coach, unfortunately we did not stop by Yong Peng as the driver claimed the eating place is closed at night. The coach reaches First World Hotel at the new coach terminal. Took a little bit of time to navigate to the first world plaza.

Enjoy Genting bro and hope you huat gao gao. Can confirm that the "new" Yong Peng seems to be closed at night. So for those kakis taking nite buses, it might be better to stock up on some snacks and drinks at the 24hr convenience store located at the bus loading bay after clearing Malaysia custom at Woodlands.

Yes the new FW bus terminal is pretty foreign and one basically have to take the escalator up and will reach the halal food court, take one more escalator up and you will end up right Outside DTF and entrance to the Sky casino.

**Ps: for transtar buses, they still depart from the former Resort Hotel B5 area and not at the Bus terminal.

***Ps2: the entire resort hotel (less B5) is currently closed for renovations.
