omg if 3 years expire, then my card might be expired as my last visit to genting was 3years ago, i think is April 2019, not too sure though.

i do agreed their website design got some issue.

right now i want to book rooms using my membership id, but i am in a delimma to book using new membership id.

i do not mind paying cash/credit when i reach the payment page, but i not sure if i can checkin thru the kioks when i arrive as i do not have the new physical membership card. bcos i remember we need to insert card at the kioks to collect keys.

Actually there are 2 points here:

1) Only GP's expire after 3 years but your card will still be valid.

2) Due to pandemic period starting Mar 2020, they hv actually delayed/deferred any downgrades of card (eg.silver to classic etc...) by 1 year. With the same logic, in your case - effectively the GP expiry date counter shud stop on Mar 2020 & resume counting after their operations reopening (ie. Sep 2021??). But I'm not sure if they really use the same rules on GP expiry tho.

For your room booking using yr old card, try use phone to call up their reservation center. From there also, u will be able to know whether yr old card still exist along with the accumulated gp's. Good luck!

yes i did user the apps too with my old id with 00 infront, but still can't login.
when i click foget password with my hp, they sent the OTP to my hp and i managed to reset.
however when i login using my hp, it will only see my new membership id on their page.
my old membership id disappear.

But tats after u had created new account then now only reset password? Did u try reset password prior to creating another new account?

Actually there are 2 points here:

wait a min, i think i have mistaken 10k is not GP, but i think is another point system, could that be WP.

In case yr old card really gone case, then u can still book first then first thing upon arrival in Genting is go to customer service counter to get yr new physical card done first b4 proceeding to the hotel. Yr luggage can be temporarily stored at hotel storage area.

yes, i did reset password try before creating a new account.
but their system say they couldn't find my hp in their system and ask me to register.
so no choice i have to regsiter again.

There used to be a SG based hotline but now no more since pandemic begun.

Prior to COVID, there used to be TP (points which can't be used as it's just a counter/gauge only for a particular year to ascertain yr card upgrade level - will reset to zero on Jan of each year) & GP (actual accumulative points brought over fr yr to yr). By right, yr GP figure shud be higher than yr TP if u nvr utilise the GP at all.

Of course not! And it's extremely hard to get thru... normally if it says they are busy, dun waste the next 30 secs listening/waiting as they will cut u off...save yr 30 secs idd call charge

update yr new passport no if any so that all yr info must be updated.
tell u these days need to provide info accurately to avoid inconvenience. recently i just did an online rescheduling of flight with a robot.

I am planning a Genting trip, haven't booked hotel yet. Are the hotels mostly open carparks? Seems like only FWH carpark is sheltered but the ramp looks narrow. Don't mind parking further away from the hotel I'm staying at, since they are all connected indoors.
