All hotels in Genting Highlands no aircons.

The difference between FWH Triple room and FWH Y5 Triple is Free WiFi ("Y5")
Note: FWH Standard, Deluxe, Super Deluxe, Triple and World Club, all no free WiFi.
Only the Y5 series had Free in-room assessible WiFi.

The layout of Y5 Triple:

Highlands Hotel's Deluxe rooms, definitely no aircon, it is only available in the premium rooms (> 300MYR/night) and above. Crockfords and Grand required deep pockets.

Not true - G.Grand, Crockfords, Highland Hotels all have aircons. More budget type - FWH, Resorts & Skyworld Hotels all have no aircons.

Correct - but initially u claimed "All hotels in Genting Highlands no aircons" - that's misleading leh...that's just a sweeping statement.

unless u r platinum of course.
Even platinum has no food inside already. Used to have before covid days.

Supper option very limited, settled for instant cup noodles.
Hot boiling water taps corner are available outside most corridors near lift landing.

I brought along my own powered mug kettles as I heard horrid stories on the room kettles, in fact, most hotels around the world.

Near the pathway from FWH to Casino, opened around 11am, I bought few scallop-favoured porridges from tau-huey store ("I LOVE YOO! 老油鬼鬼", near Famous Amos and Boost juice store) and keep few in fridge for late night supper, just warm it with my own mug kettle. Few you-tiao fritters go well with the porridges. (Porridge sold out very fast)

The nasi lemak from FWH "1-meter Teh" also very affordable. Sometimes they still have them after 9pm, dessert also nice, ie, bubur pulut hitam.
Opportunist could lurk around the FWH lobby bakery for closing sales offers, all gone in few minutes.

bro is this advisable option?

think go counter should be faster option for maxim or grand i guess
For maxims, there are self check in kiosks opposite the counter. No deposit and no tax is collected from me for this trip. Grand is still counter check in.

ya, i remember this FWH "2 meter teh" stall, the most affordable food in Genting beside instant noodle. The nasi lemak was selling at RM9 in 2019 when I last visit.
