Please use only renewal to change card detail for passport, and indicate your arrival date/time as renewal collection. It will save u at least the time for renewal, no need 6 hrs wait.

Dont expect them to reply u. After the 4th day of application, keep pressing them for a email reply on renewal status, I waited 2 weeks no reply, when i ask for a update the day before my visit, they replied me on the 4th day, when i had already returned SG.

Dont try your luck on self-check-in kiosk, you will get "Invalid Passport error" when u scan your passport.
Just queue behind the Kiosk assistant lines there are 3-4 of such queues next to kiosks.
If your wallet is fatter, u can go straight to physical counter, do it at a fee.

After check-in, go to membership counter and get the card renewed.
If you dont use online application, u had to wait for 6 hrs later as they wrote u a come-back-6-hr-later appointment slips.

Yes, after a few days, they will send u email n tell u ur application for renew n date have been approved n when n where to collect.

It had been over 5 years since I took a flight in/out KLIA Malaysia, wish to try take flight in/out of MY and either aerobus/grab up to Genting in my January trip..

Any tips?
What is the time buffer you give for hotel checkout before the KL departure flight avoiding KL lunch time traffic.

It had been over 5 years since I took a flight in/out KLIA Malaysia, wish to try take flight in/out of MY and either aerobus/grab up to Genting in my January trip..

Any tips?

Recommend don't take plane... I took once recently, the time taken much longer than just take coach from sg to genting.... You have to take into account flight delay (30min-1h), immigration clearance (another 30mins-45mins), grab to genting (2hours+)... Overall flight not worth. _. More expensive and longer time.

Usually around 8pm to 9pm No congestion can reach about 8pm. With congestion expect 9pm.
