Anyway, Member Day, casino does not have 5x rewards, only FEW certain slot/etg machines had 2x, and even on non-Member-Day

I going on that day too.Maybe can meet up for meals too.As given 10 days of free room this mth.

Did you go on a 2nd trip to ensure that eGate works for you, before your actual Genting trip? Might want to do that.

That is, file MDAC and head for one trip. If it works, wonderful. Otherwise, just head to manual counter for another registration.

Unless you're fine with having to queue at 2nd Link on that day, if it doesn't work. That side has only... 2 or 3 eGates, and only the first building has them. Not heard of any upgrade/addition so far...

Thanks for the head-up, I will take a day off from work weekdays and try go Bukit Indah via Second Link to check if autogate is working.

Sharing my own experience back then...

I'd a trip via 2nd Link that time, so like you, I went to get the eGate registration ready. Went via Woodlands and I think it's twice more that same week while I accompanied a friend to do his, just to be sure because I remember the situation at 2nd Link from the previous MACS usage.

Alas, my bus stopped at the 2nd block and I was travelling with a group of people. I saw someone from another group deliberated left her friends behind to head to the 1st block. As it's a weekend with many other coaches behind, I decided to stay put.

My concern was that, if those couple of eGates don't work I'd have to join the queue which by then, could be longer than when I first reached the hall. Not wanting to have the risk of others waiting for me, I just joined them to queue.

Plan to make a group-less trip one day and use those 2nd Link eGates...

i planning to go next week as well, anyone knows if i wan to update my passport details do i need to bring my old passport over? they no respond to my emails....
