I just went to genting during the ndp period. My friend is sg pr can get the gold tier card, was at the lvl 2 service counter around 11pm, no need make appointment, on the spot queue for 5mins can liao. For classic silver either can go there or go inside the casino gold tier service counter to upgrade the card. They gave 30rm slot machine credits and 1 voucher booklet for the upgrade.

Now I am more motivated to visit Genting..
My current trip, Sunday to Tuesday, as a regular and Gold member above 1500+TP, this trip I received 2x 300RM transport subsidy.. can play jackpot for free before I slug it out at ETG. And got free spa free food.. too bad no durian this time.. perhaps they knew I had 3x free durian previous trips.. too heaty?

The moon cake can get from point? Seems like long queue, but from the website say discount only available if buy in large quantity. Got so nice ah?

My guess:

Gold/Silver member who played often in VIP area and visited 2x in 3 weeks, Monday cutoff.
Last week I visited (Sat to Monday), 6 days later (Sunday) i revisited for 3D2N, I saw the transport voucher at iKiosk, I redeemed one rm300 on sunday, and crossed Monday, the offer reappeared, so I got 2 x rm300 this week.

Not NN-Cash, it is RM300 ( 3 x RM100) dollar notes.

Past redemption just need to print out the voucher from the ikiosk if you qualify and get the cash from the cashier. It is not NN credit.

I bought at discount rate before 7th month start. Bought one box of 4 mooncakes. Can also redeem using 24GP only two specific mooncake. Didn't get to take picture but you can check out at Level 4 Sky Avenue Complex beside the Malaysia street food. Lesser queue than the First World Hotel.
