When in Philippines, try speak in Asian English, and less Mandarin, or try to look less Chinese..
Wear Singapore, Malaysia or Thailand Tee-shirt would be a safe bet.

i went to gohtong jaya to eat durian which is better. The wet durian in genting carpark are expensive n not nice.

Ya tried uphill ones...very wet and not really nice...not sure if i eating durian or Durian Ice Shave hmm lol

Previous season got this fook gor. Not terribly good as well but way better than the current wet durians. Hope these 2 stalls wont be invited back or winning the bid next round!

you can demand changing the durians. they will oblige readily. but their fruits are sooooo lousy. It's just swapping a wet one with a less wet.

The durians are from segamat, not pahang one. The staff said the pahang durian will only come sometimes in July. The taste is a bit bland.

My guess: to prevent mass room cancellation due to a special event in SG.
Exact date still uncertain.
Should be clearer by around end of August.

Don't waste time and quota eating the lousy durian at the carpark. There are many nice durian stalls at Gohtong Jaya.
