The newly reopened genting casino is very small. Only good thing now is got poker room and a sports bar section with live music - can drink and enjoy the music when not gambling.

I also like the imperial china style decor but think it's not new.. Should be from old casino last time I think.

Slot machines is better and got more variety at skycasino. Very limited at the old casino.

I can see the carpeting and wall paint for deluxe room and floors are quite new, so it's not run down as my earlier post implied.

Maybe Genting did simpler repainting, toilet renovation and replaced the carpets for deluxe room floors, while for premier and suites - they did a more comprehensive 100% renovation.

Lots of ETG roulette machines in the non VIP zone. Gold club area only few FSG tablets.

last time 18 high tea really good place to chill while kids go swimming

Many times I go and beo... nobody around in empty heated pool.
Since no lifeguard, not safe to swim alone, suay suay until naturally float

Can share experience of taking shuttle bus from old side to skycasino? Never took once.
It is orderly? a proper queue system? or mad rush??

I will be staying GG from April to June, and I really like the easy access the food below hotel, but hate walkin to skycasino.

now got 24h van transport for those who dun wan walk esp after losing
if win walk also got win...u know the feeling haha

next time if u got chance stay cockford then this might be ur next std haha

ya for a period was invited as platinum for a few yrs. even downgraded to goldplus still got crockford but after they removed goldplus no more foc crockford, but grandhtl & HH are still ok but must book early. i already cancelled several times because last minute smthg on. anyway main thing is winning then everything small matter.

untl now, i dont see any inconvenience queueing for shuttle. the bus moves in out fr fwh quite fast. so far at most i only missed one bus pickup while queueing. oh yes the q is orderly.

I go Genting every month, using mid month weekends..
If I retire.. I might consider month-long stay during hot summers

Was quick last block release.. gotten all Genting Grand comp rooms on the first few days of booking release.
End March coming, the July-Sep slots soon be available.

Yes, for silver, high probability FOC Deluxe, Triple in FWH, deluxe in Resort Hotel and maybe Highland Hotel Deluxe.

From 28 March till April first week.. login every few hours to check the slots for July,

Last year 2024, I booked mostly only World Club room on 1st April, meaning I missed the boat and booked the second best, the release dates maybe earlier.
