Realized hardwarezone is slow to load recently. So far, their behaviors on various browsers on my desktop are:

(1) Opera - Fast
(2) Brave - Fast
(3) Chrome - Slow
(4) Edge - Slow
(5) Fire Fox - Slow
(6) Maxthon - Slow

Not sure if you guys using the RWG App sees a free RM200 food voucher for Grand Cha Chaan Teng, Old Friends / Harry Ramsden. Think there is no minimum spending needed... 1 person abit hard to finish the 200 for a meal right?

I dont see any FUHU buffet voucher available for redemption in my app thou.

This RM200 vouchers, I had used 2x in 2 months at Grand Cha Chaan Teng.
First time in May, I bought one full length char siew and 1 half-chicken, sandwich and few tea bags.
Second use last month, i bought 1 full roast chicken, 1 full steamed chicken. Regretted not having it chopped up, having difficulties store in my handcarry luggage bags bring back SG.

Actually i printed total of 4 (2 each month) vouchers in total, only use one voucher each time.

Just noticed that my first world hotel reservation passport number not same as my current passport as I just recently renewed. And In the app they don't let me update.

Will have issue at checkin?

You can write in and inform them that you had renewed your passport at customercare@rwgenting.com, with the following details:

(1) Name
(2) Membership number
(3) Old passport number
(4) New passport number
(5) Contact number
(6) Photo of your old and new passport

That was how I updated our (my elders and myself) details previously. Been there done that.

If you unable to use kiosk check-in, despite updated passport number with RWG.
It could be ur passport NFC chip is faulty.
It happened to my brand new passport in 2020, tried and failed during 4-5 visits,, until I used the kiosk machines outside level 2 skyavenue, show errors unable to read my NFC in passport, woke my idea. I tested with mobile NFC app, scan few passports, mine indeed faulty, got it replaced at a cost and no issues with RWG after.

FUHU buffet may be need redeem very early. They said limited voucher for redeem. Once voucher redeem finish it will not show in the apps.
Redeem with 20GP.

I think it is opened for some special event only. That's what the rest said in some genting FB group
