I was at Genting Grand level 13th floor Junior Suite, had no choice to switch off fan blower, the thermostat probably not working, tune at highest setting at 20+ deg, but feel colder than 15deg.
Shivering under the blanket.

Had to brew hot tea to keep warm.

Since u stayed at Wyndham Ion, hows the setting at Hard Rock Cafe there?
Hows the crowd there on weekends?
Wanted to go there to chill.. and buy HRC merchandise stuff.. whats printed on the tees? Genting Highlands?

Recently stay at Genting Grand 7th floor. The thermostat working, can feel the different when rotate to 25 Vs 18 degree. Keep the fan blowing at slow speed.

Heard got opportunity to get better free rooms and also free 200 to gamble

Silver card also got the free monthly credit wor. I play small so play at level 1 and 2. So better stick to silver card for more perks to redeem for my case.

Every month since mid of last year, free RM500 NN Credit.. used to be cash last year and before..
I am just a gold card with avg 100-200 TP per 3D2N visit..

Yes there are rm100 tables at sky casino for both uf i rmb right

How does the points system in table games work ar? I just pass the dealer my card to check in. But I never bet also still can earn points?

The supervisor often looks around the player bet, sometimes check the player members card. Never bet I think you will not get point.

Update from recent trip :

1) Seems like getting queue number now is much more troublesome than before
If stay longer than 3 days, must go get queue number again to extend the hotel keycard usage

So long never go Genting. Planning trip end Oct.

1. Anyone knows if this arrangement of extending hotel keycard usage if more than 3 days stay is still required now ?

Will be taking night coach on Thu and return following Thu. 7 nights. Means must extend
2 times ?

2. I am booking Y5 triple room. 3 pax staying on the first 4 days and 2 person on remaining 3 days. So can just extend for 2 person the second time ?

3. If I book under my membership card from Genting website :
Day 1 using GP
Day 2 to 4 using cash
Day 5 to 7 using GP

Will the kiosk allow me to get the same room for the entire period of 7 days ? Had to spilt because some days shown as unavailable under GP but is available under Cash.

You can write in and inform them that you had renewed your passport at customercare@rwgenting.com, with the following details:

(1) Name
(2) Membership number
(3) Old passport number
(4) New passport number
(5) Contact number
(6) Photo of your old and new passport

That was how I updated our (my elders and myself) details previously. Been there done that.

Have just been issued new passport. Thanks for sharing this.

Becoz they had two possible terminating stops, perhaps u had selected Awana Terminal instead of SkyTerminal
Awana terminal is for those who booked Awana Hotels (mainly golfers)

U can go to online booking site to look-see.

One Travel do stop at SkyTerminal too.

Now these online booking websites don't list WTS anymore

Nowadays night coach not popular ? Transtar don't offer Solitaire or zclub for night anymore ?

Can I book 707 to go Genting and return by Transtar ? Or to and fro must be same operator ?

Just can go ahead and book yr hotel, and then update your passport via e-mail thereafter. I did that for my elders previously. No issue. Have fun. Cheers.

Easy to check in on mobile, go kiosk get the physical card at 1030am.
Mainly I wish to get tidy room fast, the room ventilation not really fantastic at FWH.

Weeks ago, redeemed the roast duck from Cha Chan Teng into Genting Grand Jr Suite, the smell lingered for over 24hrs, even when that room had aircon, it would be bad if i stayed FWH room.

I lazy to change rooms. So even though half way through 1 person return and we left with 2 person I was thinking to continue with the triple room.
