In future come genting only need prepare 2 cards on hand will do. Don't need change riggits at money changer. One card is youtrip for expenses. The other card is trust bank to withdraw cash for casino gaming and maybe tipping. Rates still better for Youtrip, but trust bank have probably the best exchange rate from most money charger in sg.

As long as got visa logo can already. But since I withdraw using the maybank atm, I continue using it. Ya, there will display service fee for conversion as you using their bank, you don't choose that. You choose no conversion. I check Google and then try one. And it's really no conversion fee as trust bank also say don't choose the bank conversions fee for best rate. Their rate is follow by Google rate. Quite good. Example Google rate at 3.15 for riggits, their exchange rate is 3.14+. So is really good.

Oh ya, for those who have host to attach to you from membership card, any room enquiry from resort, highland and genting grand Hotel, can contact your host thru WhatsApp for arrangement. Like you want high floor, smoking room or etc, they can help you to arrange once you booked your hotel, don't need call hotline. But if first world hotel then you need ownself queue for counter, they only can help in resort, highland and genting grand.

Better call immediately to secure the Apr to Jun rooms. You can always cancel the reservation at later dates if you don't want to go to Genting then.

thanks bro , yesterday book for family and friends like 5 WCR, today call in. Manage to change 2 of the room to Tower 1 , the other 3 will be tower 2 . super fast fully book liao .

Trust bank no %. Limit not sure. Just need to choose the right one at the last page when withdraw. There will ask conversion rate of bank. You just choose no conversion rate will do. Can Google about it then you get what I mean. I only try per day withdrawal of rm1000 and rm2000 seperately, Haven try more then that. But I supposedly as long as you have enough money, shd able to withdraw out. But maybe per transaction only allow maybe rm3000 max ( my guess only).

There is no dedicated queue for WCR guests. No need to queue (for hours) at the counter too. Just check-in via one of the 35 self check-in kiosks will do. Have a good vacation.

Guess will need to join the queue because staying 4 nights (two separate bookings) and need to combine the booking which can only be done at the counter (according to hotline CSR).

The kiosk will ask you whether you want to merge the 4 nights during kiosk check in if the tower type is the same for the 2 bookings. The dispensed room key will be valid for the whole stay without need to renew at the counter. Important thing is to establish whether the 2 WCR bookings are from the same tower.

When your bus reach Genting hillfoot entrance, mid mountain, or around 11am.
Use RWG App, Check In via app. Retry and Retry every 5mins until secure a room, while on the bus uphill.
When alight, go Lobby Kiosks, Go to Click the check-in screen and get a physical card (or two, need another passport).

WCR and SD room owners usually had limited ready rooms, unlike deluxe or standard room, which are plenty.
You need to use App, to save you the countless retries using kiosks. its frustrating when there are kiosk hogs uncles/aunties/mules, keep retry despite a long queue.

Most of the time, I got the room using Apps before reaching genting bus terminal, check in early and place my luggage and go Casino VIP section to get my first 6 TP for free meal voucher before OOS quota (usually before 2pm).
Once got the free meal voucher, then go back room to rest till fully recharged to start the day.

If GG or HH hotels, no point using Apps, u need to Q at counter to settle deposit,

App got special request options, but i never ever got them to work, maybe a fake option?
Anyone success?

How many minutes do you spend viewing out the windows during your previous stay at Genting?

For me, never exceed 5min total. No nice views, no pools bikini.
Why the obsession with nice view?
Near lift is convenient, but noisy during night time.

My usual preference is high floor, away from those condenser fans top of the malls'' roofs if staying at FWH, you need to open windows to enjoy cool air during summer night, opened windows at lower floor means humming noise from those condenser fans. High floors usually means no need wait few rounds for elevators during checkout rush hours.

HH and GG, windows cannot open, and they got aircon, very quiet night.
